The hotel is near transport and city attractions. Staff was very helpful and friendly upon my arrival. The location is great with everything so close and the shower was wonderful.

the location was amazing. i was so close to chinatown, and getting around was easy! the kitchen also had everything i needed, a nice surprise.
The check-in process was unfortunately slow. There was only one person at the counter. i also found that the bathroom was a bit rusted, a bit off-putting.

the location worked well for my needs. a nearby light train station made traveling simple. i appreciated the shopping mall across the street too. it had everything i needed.
there was only one wine glass in the room. the pillows felt to big and puffy. the lack of shower facilities near the pool was noticeable. getting towels required a trip to reception.

Great Apartment Close to Everything

The apartment had a large area for dining. I also had access to two TVs. The location was excellent. I walked easily from Central Station and Darling Harbour. The bed offered great comfort. The shower was excellent.

The room was spacious and it provided cooking facilities. There were two TVs in the room, one was by the bed and had satellite channels, another was in the living space with smart apps. The room was cleaned with linen changes.

I did not explore the hotel for dining options but it seemed like many places were located close to the hotel. Multiple places were accessible for a meal. I think future guests can explore multiple cuisines.

The gym was available. I used the gym. The pool area was also available. I enjoyed using the gym.
